Tractus CrossFit
CrossFit Tractus was established in 2020 with the goal of making training enjoyable. Our team of experienced coaches offer CrossFit group fitness training in the early mornings, afternoons and evenings to suit different schedules. We also offer open gym outside of scheduled training times.
At CrossFit Tractus we maintain the highest standards for our members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at all times. Our gym offers CrossFit group classes which are aimed at increasing overall fitness no matter you're level.
Our fundamental workshops teach you the basics of CrossFit and how to use your body effectively, while our workshops give you the guidance you need to progress as an individual athlete. We strive to help people get fitter, happier and healthier.
