Tractus CrossFit
CrossFit Tractus was established in 2020 with the goal of making training enjoyable for all. Our team of experienced coaches offer CrossFit and Hyrox group fitness training in the early mornings, afternoons and evenings to suit different schedules. We also offer open gym outside of scheduled training times.
At CrossFit Tractus we maintain the highest standards for our members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at all times. Our gym offers CrossFit, Weightlifting and Hyrox group classes which are aimed at increasing overall fitness no matter your level.
Our coaches will meet you at your level and show you how to improve your fitness and how to use your body effectively. Our classes give you the guidance you need to progress as an individual athlete.
